On Thursday, President Biden announced his next round of appointees to serve in the nation’s courts. Two nominees were chosen to serve at the Western District of Washington – David Estudillo and Tana Lin. Mr. Estudillo currently serves as the judge of Grant County Superior Court in Ephrata. Tana Lin works as a lawyer at Keller Rohrback LLP, with a focus on anti-trust law.
The president also nominated Christine O’Hearn to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a partner at Brown & Connery LLP with a focus on labor and employment law. She also taught as a professor at Rutgers University School of Law. In total, President Biden has appointed 11 of the 78 judicial openings that currently exist in the nation.
